Flexible Containment Sump

Flexible Containment for Tanks

containment sumpFlexible containment sumps are a great option for containment of tanks, drums, and other vessels storing potentially harmful materials on your location. As opposed to a more rigid sump design, the flexible containment sump offers increased flexibility and transportation during use. This is ideal for temporary storage or short-term use in multiple locations.

The flexible containment sump is constructed from a high strength fabric rated for the safe storage of chemicals, fuel, and other materials. Side walls of the sump are created using removable metal brackets inserted into your walls as needed. Standard sizing includes 275, 500, and 1,000 gallon models.

How Sump Containment Works

containment sumpContainment sumps work by installing brackets along the side walls of the model. When the unit arrives at your location, it will consist of a flexible liner and removable angle brackets. Along the side walls of the unit will be several pockets. Brackets can be removed from their box and placed into the side wall pockets of the sump. This will form the side walls, creating a complete sump containment and storage area.

Rigid Containment Sumps

containment sumpIn addition to the flexible containment shown here, we also offer several Rigid Containment Sumps that can be used for 500 gallon spill containment or more. Typically used in the storage of fuel or oil, these tanks are an excellent way to contain liquids on your site or facility. As opposed to the flexible options shown here, these secondary containment products will be more rigid in design for high strength containment.
