Economy Spill Berms

Portable Economical Spill Containment

Economy Spill Containment BermThe spill containment berm is a cost-effective product for quick setup and containment around potentially harmful storage materials. Spill berms can be unfolded to form containment around smaller items, such as tanks or drums, as well as larger units like frac tanks and large storage containers.

Constructed from a durable polymer material, the economy spill berm offers high chemical resistance, puncture resistance, and grab tensile strength. When used at room temperature, the fabric has little to no reaction to liquids such as diesel fuel, sulfuric acid mixture, salt water, and raw linseed oil.

Economy containment spill berms are built using L-shaped aluminum brackets. The brackets insert in to sleeves located around the edges of the spill berms to form upright walls. The constructed walls are 1 foot in height. This helps to increase the storage volume of the spill berm for bulkier items or large capacity storage tanks.

Easy to use, assemble, and transport, the economy spill berms are one of the most cost-effective ways to stay in compliance with SPCC and EPA container storage requirements.

Accessories for Economy Spill Berms

Track Belts for Drive Over BermsTrack Belts provide additional support between a vehicle's tires and the spill containment berm surface. Made from 18 oz. PVC, all track belts are 30" wide with various lengths available.

Ground Tarps give additional support beneath spill berms, preventing rough debris from puncturing them. Ground tarps are constructed from a polyester-blended PVC and come in two sizes (11' x 11' and 16' x 64').

Repair Kits patch up small areas of your spill berm. Each kit consists of one item – a piece of 11" x 36" repair material. An industrial heat gun is necessary for repairs, but must be provided on site.
