Frac Tank Liner

Secondary Containment Liners

frac tank linerQuestion: Do you offer a frac tank liner? I am looking for something that I can place under 100 foot and 140 foot diameter round tanks. I am trying to put containment around both the fresh water and the flow back water. This will include hydrocarbons in the dirty tank. What material is best? Maybe LLDPE?

Answer: For containment around frac storage tanks, there are a couple of different liners that
you could use. In general, you will want to make sure that the liner that is placed underneath the unit is capable of handling both the weight of the tank and the liquid you are trying to contain.

LLDPE can be used for hydrocarbons. We also offer a couple of other fabrics that are hydrocarbon stable including an HDPE and an XR-5 equivalent material.
