Paint Waste Collection Container
Waste Management for Paint Washout
The paint collection container securely stores washout and waste until it can be disposed of properly. The large, 70-gallon sump holds a 55-gallon drum (not included) and features a lockable, rolling door attached to the top of the sump to secure the contents.
The rugged polyethylene construction prevents rust and corrosion on the paint collection container. An included drum top funnel provides a large, wide target for paint washout and allows containers to be left upside down to drain completely.
The paint waste collection container helps warehouses and job sites comply with NPDES, 40 CFR 122.26 (1999) regulations when used as a Best Management Practice (BMP) in Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs).

55 Gallon Containment Drums
Paint waste containers required a 55 gallon drum to keep paint washout secure. While the collection container doesn't come with a drum, GEI Works offers a variety of 55 gallon drums constructed of stainless steel, carbon steel, and polyethylene. While the open head style (no sealed lid) is best suited for the paint collection container, a closed head drum (with a sealed lid) is available for other uses. These drums are industry standards across multiple areas, offering storage and transport for oil, hazardous chemicals, and other liquids.
