Ultimate Spill Berms

Spill Containment Barriers Made in the USA

Ultimate Containment BermThe ultimate spill berm combines two different spill berm wall models: spring back stake walls and moving collapsible walls. Stakes are located at both the entrance and exit of the berm, while collapsible walls make up the long sidewalls. This design allows walls to be lowered as needed for placing products into containment areas, while still allowing vehicles to drive directly over the entrance and exit walls of the berm without any effort.

The spill containment berm is constructed with a specialty copolymer fabric. This material is high in strength, resistant to several different liquids, and well-equipped to handle outdoor storage conditions. In addition to the movable walls, this fabric prepares spill berms for use with vehicles, tankers, drums, tanks, machinery, and other facility or construction site equipment.

Ultimate Spill Berm Walls

Ultimate Spill Containment BarrierWalls for the ultimate spill berms use two different techniques. The ends of the berm (also referred to as the exit and entrance points) are stake walls. These stakes move both forward and backward, allowing vehicles to drive directly over the ends to enter and exit the berm containment zone. Since they have a special hinge, there is no need to directly move the walls for a truck to roll in.

By contrast, the berm containment walls feature collapsible PVC supports. These walls can be moved down to allow the sidewalls of the berm to lie completely flat. Now, large loads or wide machinery can easily enter the containment area.
